ASUVIM - is a Quiche Maya Coffee Cooperative that has developed a number of sustainable tourism activities focused around organic shade grown coffee on the slopes above Lake Atitlan. These activities have been developed to diversify incomes and create alternative incomes and long-term healthy, sustainable communities.
